Executive Order 6432—Withdrawal of Public Lands For Resurvey, Wyoming

By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions, provisions, and limitations of said acts, it is hereby ordered that the public lands in Tps. 12 N., Rs. 95 and 96 W. of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, be, and the same are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, entry, and all forms of appropriation, pending a resurvcy of said townships under the act of May 29, 1908 (ch. 220, 35 Stat. 465).

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by an act of Congress.
