Jim Jordan as speaker: "Whomever (NOT whoever) the House speaker is, I am going to try to work with. They control half of the Congress."

border wall -- "I was told I had no choice." If Congress passes legislation to fund a project, "I can't say I don't like, it, I'm not going to do it." Biden said he tried to get Congress to repurpose the money for things like more border agents or more technology.
