DUBUQUE, Iowa –Doing it the "Iowa Way," Nikki Haley held grassroots events in the eastern half of the Hawkeye State today. She began her day in Waterloo hosting a standing-room only meet-and-greet at the Waterloo Boat House and ended it with a town hall in Dubuque.
