Executive Order 5282—Withdrawal of Public Lands for a National Monument

Louisiana

Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), it is hereby ordered that lot 22, sec. 4, T. 7 N., R. 10 W., Louisiana meridian, Louisiana, be, and the same is hereby, withdrawn subject to the provisions and conditions of said acts, pending determination as to the advisability of including said lot in a national monument, and the consideration by Congress of H.R. 8873.

This order shall continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked by the President or by act of Congress.
