Mrs. Laura Mae Decker may be appointed to an appropriate position in the Department of Agriculture without regard to the civil service rules. Mrs. Decker is the widow of Arthur J. Decker, who for nearly twenty-eight years was employed in the Government service, twelve years of which employment were in the Department of Agriculture.
This order is recommended by the Secretary of Agriculture.
