Executive Order 5358—Disbursement of Funds, Committee on the Administration and Conservation of the Public Domain

Funds made available in the Interior Department Appropriation Act, approved May 14, 1930, for the study of and report on the public domain, will be disbursed by the chief disbursing officer of the Interior Department, on the certificate and with the approval of the executive secretary of the Committee on the Administration and Conservation of the Public Domain.
