Executive Order 6915—Changes in the Membership of the National Longshoremen's Labor Board
By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me under Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act (48 Stat. 195) and under Joint Resolution approved June 19, 1934 (48 Stat. 1183), I hereby appoint O. K. Cushing of California as Chairman of the National Longshoremen's Labor Board (created by Executive Order No. 6748, dated June 26, 1934), vice the Right Reverend Edward J. Hanna of California, resigned; and I hereby appoint Captain Edward MacCauley of California as a member of the said Board, vice O. K. Cushing of California.
The Chairman and each member of the Board shall receive necessary traveling and subsistence expenses, and the Chairman and each member, except the Assistant Secretary of Labor, Edward F. McGrady, shall in addition thereto receive twenty dollars per diem.
