Press Release - President Biden Announces Presidential Delegation to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Honor the Passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong of Vietnam

President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to honor the passing of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong of Vietnam. The delegation will visit Hanoi, Vietnam on Saturday, July 27, 2024.

The Honorable Antony J. Blinken, U.S. Secretary of State, will lead the delegation.
