On Tuesday, December 17, Vice President Kamala Harris will travel to Prince George's County, MD for an event with young leaders who are active and engaged in their local communities. During the Vice President's travels to 36 states since taking office, she has regularly convened and mobilized young leaders – from her Fight for Our Freedoms College Tour to her discussions with advocates for climate action, gun violence prevention, reproductive freedom, voting rights, and economic opportunity. Tuesday's speech will be the Vice President's fourth visit to Maryland this year.
