Executive Order 7112—Public Water Reserve No. 158

MONTANA

By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 431, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 8tat. 497), it is ordered that the following described public land in the State of Montana be, and it is hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserved for public use in accordance with the provisions of section 10 of the act of December 29, 1916 (39 8tat. 862, 865):
